DESIGN CONSULTATION & SITE SURVEY
- One of our team will meet with you on site to go through your ideas to enable us to have a full understanding of your needs. Our design team will then prepare a design brief and fee proposal, upon instruction and approval of fees we will then carry out a full measured survey of the property.
DESIGN OPTIONS & CONCEPT DESIGN
- Our design team will liaise with you to create a bespoke design suited to your individual needs.
DESIGN AND PLANNING
- We produce a full set of detail drawings and schedules to support manage and support your planning application. Your Project Manager will keep you involved, updated and informed about your project every step of the way.
APPROVAL & CONSTRUCTION
- We will produce a detailed project time line highlighting key stages of a project which is a crucial to any successful project.
ON SITE
- Once construction commences we will manage and monitor the project until completion.
* Projects will be invoiced at the end of each completed stage. For larger or more complex projects, stages may be invoiced monthly.
